The 24-year-old brunette confessed she had to make a trip to A&E after a saucy bedroom game with hubby Marvin Humes turned sour. Chatting to Captial FM's Dave Berry and Lisa Snowdon on the Breakfast Show, the Saturday ladies were asked if they'd ever "sustained an injury during special cuddles". "I have," the usually tame band member giggled.
Then Una properly put her in it, saying: "Rochelle went to A&E over this." And bandmate Mollie chimed in to confirm the wild confession: "I remember her calling me about this. And I was like, 'How do I know what to do?'" Eventually Rochelle squashed the conversation, saying: "This is where he [Marvin] works now, I can't be having this sort of conversation. I hate you all!"

Her departure leaves just two female chief executives in the FTSE 100. The American Ms Ahrendts has a long career in retail. Born in 1960 in New Palestine, Indiana, she went to Ball State University. By 1989, she was president at the US fashion house Donna Karan.
After that, she took up a role as executive vice-president at another American brand, Liz Claiborne, which had been suffering from the decline in the desirability of traditional department-store shopping. Ahrendts is professionally fancy, but personally more down to earth. Born in New Palestine, Ind., Ahrendts graduated from Ball State University, the alma mater of David Letterman and Oprah-companion Stedman Graham. In what might surprise watchers of both fashion and tech worlds, Ahrendts is an active Christian who reads the Bible daily and wears a cross around her neck.

1. Change Burberry future
Her stewardship at Burberry, a company established in 1856, came after an identity crisis had seen its signature check pattern go from being a traditional signifier of quality - seen on the inside of many a country raincoat - to a lower-brow fan-base. Seen at football matches on baseball caps, with fakes flooding the market, and sported head-to-toe by some celebrities and their children, Burberry had, says Douglas McNeill, investment director at the stockbrokers Charles Stanley, lost its way.
Angela Ahrendts had a clear vision of the potential for it as a stylish high-end brand, steering it away from the old image crisis," he says. This was done in partnership with chief creative officer Christopher Bailey, who now takes the helm at the company.
2. Winning in Asia
Rahul Sharma, director of retail consultancy Neev Capital, agrees. He says that focusing on the growth in demand for luxury goods in Asia was key to Burberry's success under Ms Ahrendts.
"She focused on Asia, and she led the way for other luxury brands," he says. While cutting back on the use of the check, Ms Ahrendts established ambitious expansion plans for Asia and then the US, as well as for Burberry as a digital brand. These worked, and the company saw its share price and profits soar. Last year, she was the highest paid chief executive in the FTSE 100, with a salary package worth £16.9m.
Charles Stanley's Mr McNeill adds: "She's wholeheartedly embraced the rise of the Asian market and in a sense has secured the company towards that part of the world, and allowed Burberry to compete with the luxury houses of France and Italy, showing a British company could compete. "It just took an American to make it happen."
As the announcement of her departure was made, Burberry reported a 17% rise in revenues for the six months to the end of September, with a sales increase of 13% on the year before. Total revenue rose 14% to £1.03bn. As Mr McNeill says: "Asia growth may be slowing slightly, but the company is is good shape." The company has pushed its perfume and cosmetics offering lately, which Ms Ahrendts recently told the BBC was part of a strategy to appeal to all levels of consumer, not just the very wealthy.
3. Digital ambition
The digital offering for Burberry has been another significant legacy, meaning that the Apple job, according to Neev Capital's Mr Sharma, is "a good fit". Ms Ahrendts emphasised this in several interviews with the BBC, focusing on the number of minutes that browsers lingered on the Burberry website, while pushing the concept of Burberry as an interactive company. She oversaw the live streaming of its fashion shows online and put iPads in its shops so that customers could peruse the collections. As Mr Sharma says: "She genuinely used technology well - in terms of Burberry's presence online, but also in terms of Burberry's systems in house.
She knows how to do technology in retail and Apple is a technology company that wants to do better at retail.In a statement following the announcement, Apple's chief executive Tim Cook said: "She shares our values and our focus on innovation, and she places the same strong emphasis as we do on the customer experience."
So what can Apple expect from the woman who was such a visible presence as head of a FTSE 100 company? According to a BBC Radio 4 Woman's Hour profile of Ms Ahrendts, she "has not taken a day off sick in 25 years".

"But we're directed to have a sort of confidence, a sarcastic attitude about the whole situation. That eye contact and that attitude really puts us in a power situation. The director, Diane Martel, is a woman, and so is the DP. We really worked on that and tried to convey that in the video. The way we are annoying them, being playful and having a good time with our body — it's something very important for young women today to have that confidence. I think it's actually celebrating women and their bodies.”
Now, the beauty is set to play Affleck's mistress on the big screen. “Gone Girl” is about a man, Nick Dunne, who deals with the disappearance of his wife , Amy Dunne, played by Rosamund Pike, and is accused of having a role in it by his mistress, Amy.
Tyler Perry, Carrie Coon and Neil Patrick Harris are also in the film, which is expected to be released in 2015.

With the picture, she wrote: "An incredible day hunting in South Africa! Stalked inside 60-yards on this beautiful male lion... What a hunt!"
The "trophy" image prompted a huge backlash which led to Bachman's Twitter account being suspended amid the barrage of criticism.
She has since reactivated the page but is yet to tweet or comment publicly on the scandal.
A petition set up in the wake of the outrage has now been signed by more than 245,000 people.
In a letter addressed to Mkuseli Apleni, director general of South Africa's Department of Home Affairs, Bomo Edna Molewa at the Ministry of Water and Environmental Affairs, and Lakela Kaunda from the private office of the president, the petition's signatories say: "Melissa Bachman has made a career out of hunting wildlife, for pure sport.
"Her antics are captured extensively on her personal website.
"She is an absolute contradiction to the culture and conservation this country prides itself on. Her latest Facebook post features her with a lion she has just executed and murdered in our country.
"As tax payers we demand she no longer be granted access to this country and its natural resources."
Comedian and avid animal rights activist Ricky Gervais has also joined the chorus of anger against Bachman, tweeting his disgust to his five million followers.
In a lengthy Twitter rant, the Derek star wrote: "Animals are not here for us to do as we please with. We are not their superiors, we are their equals. We are their family. Be kind to them.
"There's a big difference between the natural need for a species to kill and eat prey & just shooting an animal simply as a ghastly trophy.
"I'll pay for each pride of lions to have their own designated sniper on their side. Now it's a sport. Where you brave hunters at now? Haha.
"I can't describe the total thrill of never murdering a beautiful wild animal & mounting its head on a wall. It's exhilarating and so natural."
He also tweeted a picture of a mountain lion with the caption: "Would you shoot this beautiful creature for no reason other than it gave you a sick thrill?"
Richard Robinson, from Maryland in the United States, said Bachman's actions were "the epitome of man's complete disregard for nature, for the pursuit of our own approval and self esteem."
He said: "That animal was born to a mother, was a father to many children and was good at its pure existence.
"It might have been 10/20 years old, endured droughts, hunger, all the elements and everything thrown at it, but you came along with a nice big gun...and your digital camera and took all that away. I hope you are proud."
Jessica Moore, from Cape Town in South Africa, said she had signed the petition because animals "are not objects of entertainment or trophies".
Deepa Kamath, from Texas added: "Hunting down defenseless creatures with powerful weapons, for sport and pleasure, is incredibly repulsive and deeply unjust. There is nothing remotely equal about an encounter between an armed human and a wild animal."
Melissa Bachman's website says she films, edits and hunts for a living in her "dream job", and presents television hunting programme Winchester Deadly Passion.

Tieja a 25-year-old reporter from Kelowna, British Columbia, has reportedly been in a relationship with Jackson Playfair, a 19-year-old member of the WHL’s Tri-City Americans hockey team, the Tri-City Herald reports. According to the newspaper, MacLaughlan threatened to kill Playfair upon learning that he had begun to date someone else. In a phone conversation last Friday, MacLaughlin told Playfair that she was on her way to Kennewick, Wash., to confront him, according to a police report obtained by the Herald. During the phone call, she told Playfair “he would be dead by the end of the night.”
Playfair disclosed the threats to authorities in Kennewick, who confronted MacLaughlin at a local hotel and informed her that she would be placed under arrest if she had further contact with him. Initially, she promised to return to Canada and cease making threats on Playfair’s life.
Soon after, the Canadian news reporter reportedly sent text messages to Playfair, asking him to meet her at the Kennewick hotel. Police told Playfair to pretend to agree to the meeting, and then dispatched officers to arrest her on Saturday afternoon. She is being held without bail. MacLaughlin appeared in court on Tuesday on charges of felony threats, the Herald reports. She reportedly denied making any threatening statements to MacLaughlin, according to court documents. Playfair told Kennewick police that he and MacLaughlin had been dating since last July, the Herald reports. However, he admitted that their relationship “has been a rocky one.”MacLaughlin works as a freelance reporter for a pair of news outlets in British Columbia, the Herald reports.
